🤯 Berkshire Hathaway down 99% because of technical issue

A technical glitch on the New York Stock Exchange caused Warren Buffet’s Berkshire Hathaway shares to appear nearly 99% down during Monday morning's trading. Bank of Montreal (BMO) was also among the affected stocks.

What happened?
The issue stemmed from the Consolidated Tape Association's price-band mechanism. Trading was halted for Berkshire Hathaway, Barrick Gold, and Nuscale Power. 40 stocks, including Chipotle and Bank of Montreal, were affected.
